We have used this service before and had no issues, the drop off and pick arrangement is perfect and easy to navigate.
This time when we arrived back in edinburgh it was frosty and car frozen up. The back window was down and jackets etc. inside were all damp. Windows were defently shut when i dropped off the car. It did not appear the window was down the full time we were away but assume it was when the car was moved for final pickup.
Maybe in future who ever parks cars should do a quick walkround the cars incase this happens again.
