Arrived 10 min before pre/booked time. multi storey was very busy. each level informed on screen how many spaces were available. level 2 informed us there was about 60 spaces there in fact was none.
Still managed to get a space on level 3 enjoyed holiday and car and experience was flawless. Have used this service before and will continue to use in future.
