Display on each floor that is meant to show available spaces was giving complete false information. No spaces on any mid level and ended up parked on the roof so may as well have been parked in the outdoor short stay terminal car park as car covered in bird sh*t on our return.

Long stay was ok but lots of cars parked out with bays made walking to spaces difficult.

Its disappointing to see that some customers are causing obstructions for other customers, if customers are finding it difficult to find a space we will always provide alternative parking option if they ring the barrier. Directions are easy to follow and there were plenty of spaces. It was not at all clear, however, where we were supposed to go, when on foot - very poor signage and walkways. Could be much improved for the pedestrians walking to the airport itself.

Arrival and drop off was brilliant. We arrived back in the early hours of 17 th July due to a flight delay. We picked up keys easily but then had great difficulty getting out of the car park. Exit was not well sign posted and arrows on road were all going the one way. It was stressful

The parking experience was reasonable, however,it was difficult to find an available space as clearly at some point the car park was oversubscribed and people were parking on double yellow lines and in dangerous positions For £129.00 I expected a better service than I received Your service charge was way too expensive for what you have offered

I had booked the multistorey parking at Edinburgh Airport during our family holiday in July. Out of other options available I chose this in order to help my children who both have additional needs be as close to the terminal as possible; although it was the dearest option I had hoped it would be worth it to make things easier for them. Unfortunately once the car infront of us had sat for a while, reversed and changed entrance barrier, our ticket never worked for opening the barrier. This also happened at the next barrier. A bit disappointing start to the holiday and not too reassuring. Once we had called an attendant and got in, we found a space on the second top level. Unfortunately upon return of our holidays the same thing happened again - our ticket never worked to open the gate - the same message about missing ticket data. For paying over £100 I would have hoped the ticket would work.

When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I parked long stay ground is not gooood for dragging suitcases, it's not clear where to go, they need resurfacing, absolutely awful.

Parking was fine but the registration plate readers at the entrance barrier are unreliable and either don't read number plates at all and hence don't match your car up with a pre- booked space, or they mis-read number plates leading to the same problem. Almost every time I use your carpark I have to have my ticket separately validated by an attendant before I can leave the carpark.

I was asked for £120 on leaving car park, despite having paid on booking- the on duty attendant was quick in sorting this out, however it’s not what you want after a delayed flight

We have parked at the long stay car park regularly for about 15 years. In that time it has had the bus service taken away (it's a 10 min walk, ok if not raining) and when we went in, it says that there is a security check once a year -so there is essentially no security. It felt run down and was full of cars double parked so much it was hard to drive around. We did eventually find a space (near the entrance) and went on holiday. Car was fine on our return, we had lost our ticket but called the help button at exit which sorted that out. I don't know if we will use this car park again.

Great parking in a great location HOWEVER after making a mistake on entering the return time as 6am instead of 6pm, I was charged an extra £60. My mistake totally, and they do advertise what the charges will be if you go over the time limit, but I will think twice about using them again. Very steep and disproportionate penalty to pay.

Finding and parking the car at plane parking was very easy , the bus dropped us off ok at the terminal building. On our return the bus was just arriving when we turned up which was fabby , everything was going great until we were in the car at the barrier , barrier didnt go up automatically like we thought it would . Put the ticket in and told us £350.00 Pressed the assistance button to explain our situation . Grumpy man answered "what is it " explained the situation ,"whats your registration " Gave registration number . A minute passes then barrier goes up . No explanation , no apology, nothing , we drove off. Hopefully a one off but not what we expected , an explanation or apology for problem caused would have been a common courtesy if nothing else .

I arrived at the car park and there were lots of cars parked there. I guess this is what you get at a car park. Anyway, i found a space and considered reversing in or driving in forward for a moment. I decided after careful deliberation that because it was fairly full i would reverse in to make it easier to get out. I did just that reversing in, then pulling forward slightly before reversing in again to make sure i was fully in the space. I then got out, checked i was fully in the space and then locked the car (not before retrieving my bag) and left for my flight. On my return i drove straight out as a result of parking in reverse Ultimately it was what i would expect of a car park. i.e. - it was a place to park the car I was then asked to provide a review, which lets be honest. Is rather stupid. You literally have a car park and i parked in it. What can be said. So, anyway here is my utterly futile review. But here is the funny bit. Will you read this? Will you hell. As it is literally a tick in the box

Once parked it was fine but I feel the signage really needs to be improved. It felt like it was deliberately vague or misleading so I would incur additional charges for going into the wrong car park. I managed to find the way but had to stop a few times to make sure I was going the correct way

Convenient although quite busy and not the easiest to find your way round and walking route to the terminal. You get issued a ticket at the barrier so it's is not very clear what you are supposed to do on your return as would have expected if you have a previous booking for the system to recognise the plate going in which seems to have done on the way out. Overall is good as not too far walking however the path could be improved as since it had been raining there were lots of puddles

Everything was great until we returned to the car in the parking spot to find that the hand brake had not been applied; fortunately the car was in gear so didn't roll. Not sure why that happened or was missed.

Looks like a piece of wasteland. Signage appalling. Unfriendly for pedestrians. No bus shuttle service available. Appeared to be overbooked since exit lanes were cordoned off to accommodate vehicles and cars parked in access lanes.

Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020 and the car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. Our car parks are signposted by wayfinding, located in key traffic areas. I’m sorry to hear that you found our wayfinding to be unhelpful. The value of long stay parking has been diminished by the removal of bus transport to the terminal building . Car park very full and difficult to find spaces .
