Would help if you knew how many spaces were available on each level! Spent too long going up and down the rows and then having to go up a level

The parking itself is fine although a bit expensive but we had an issue on exiting the long stay car park. Although we had paid £49.99 online when booking our stay, the ticket machine at the exit indicated that there was a balance of £170 to pay despite the fact that the car was parked for the length of time booked. We had to use the intercom to give our details before the balance was cleared.

When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. Paid October 2022, found it confusing as to where I could park when I got there (as a resident of Newcastle I've never used Edinburgh airport before) got a charge of £288 when I tried to leave cleared by one of your staff. Please clearly signpost where pre paid payers are supposed to park.

The initial experience right up to the point of departure was excellent. However there was awful congestion on leaving the Fast Park carpark as more exit points are required. This may also have been exacerbated by the fact that you were required to pay an extra £5 to leave the Fast Park

After paying for my parking in Aug 2022, we returned to Edinburgh Airport from Paris and on entering our parking ticket were asked to pay £183 for our 7 day stay. Not the sort of welcome one would desire.

Paid in advance but ANPR didn’t pick up reg plate on arrival. Contacted Cust Service on departure and they sorted the issue quickly

We arrived at 15.30 and parked up but our flight was cancelled and had to leave as no other flight was being provided., when we came to leave it was asking for £50 !!! it had been paid upfront and when we buzzed to get out it was questioned after question as to why we were leaving, even when we said the flight had been cancelled they wondered why we were not staying for another flight, at 3 am after our holiday had been cancelled we were in no mood for a game of twenty questions !!!!

On the plus side, the price was competitive, parking spaces were readily available, and the walk to the airport was straightforward (in daylight). On the minus side, the number plate recognition failed to recognise my car even though I had booked and paid online, so when I came to exit, the ticket machine displayed a charge of £294! This was resolved within a minute or so, and I was able to exit without having to pay. The walk back from the airport to the car park was very difficult in the dark. If there were signs displayed then I must have missed them, and we blundered about for ages, dragging our heavy cases through the car rental area, across traffic roundabouts, across tram lines...all very stressful.

Service was simple to use, my car however came back to me absolutely filthy! Covered in thick dirt. No idea where it was left for the week I was away. I now need to pay for the car to be cleaned again.

Every time I check out of the Long Term parking it flags up I’ve not paid, shows a ridiculous amount to pay and I then have to press the help button to get let out. Very frustrating!

I use the multi storey parking when possible, but am fed up with the barrier out telling me I owe excess parking when I have booked and paid in advance and kept to the timings Late Saturday evening it was £140 Known problem please fix it.

Easy to use service for booking, payment in advance, entry and exit. Signage really good from the dual carriageway. I was not impressed to turn up and find no bus service particularly with heavy bags as I currently have a minor mobility issue. The walk is not as far as I thought, but directions could have been provided to park closer to the terminal within the long stay car park. Overall good experience, but lack of bus and £80 for a week is not good value.

Thank you for your review, I can confirm you were booked into the long stay car park. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. Kind Regards, Customer Support Team

Car park was nice clean and ample room to open doors ,,however doest bear well when you arrive at 2am tired and delays to baggage and you find when your on 3rd floorr all lifts are out of order ,never park in multi storey again ,🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Not clear how to exit Fast Park. The ticket I had wasn't recognised by the barrier. I had to call someone to get it lifted

The airport Fast Park was easy to use and good value. The only negative point was that on our return we were charged £25 fee as our flight was delayed. As I had e mailed this should only have been £15.

Arrived knowing route to Long Stay. Expected ANPR to raise barrier but ticket issued instead. Booking notes said car reg no would be on ticket but this was not evident. On return/leaving car park, the ANPR again failed to recognise car and when inserting ticket was asked to pay £195 charge! Contacted help and was asked car reg. Barrier raised soon after.

Directed to the overspill area - which is a good walk from the terminal - although there appeared to be plenty of spaces in the main car park . Signage to the airport car parks is probably the worst I’ve come across - and the includes Heathrow .

I prebooked the long-stay parking, using my car number plate. However, the system didn't recognise the plate so I had the usual delay on exit explaining what had happened. The long-stay parking was packed. Struggled to find a space - people had to park on kerbs, on the double yellow lines etc. And finding the exit at night was extremely difficult. I know Edinburgh airport really well, so had no trouble knowing where to go. Visitors with less-experience would struggle. The first official sign you see from the A8 for 'Long Stay' parking is 3rd-party parking - nothing to do with EDI airport official parking. And as you get closer to the penultimate roundabout there is still no sign for the long stay.
