1. Why is the Terminal Surface car park advertised as a 2min walk to the terminal, when on Wed it took me 20 mins to drive around aimlessly to find a space, and ended up at the rear corner of the car park meaning it took 10 mins to walk to the terminal? It would have been cheaper, quicker and a whole lot less hassle to park in Mid-Stay or Long-Stay. Please look after your regular customers a little better, Edinburgh Airport. 2. The surface of Eastfield Road is bone-shakingly disgraceful - please work with the local council to resurface this as a matter of priority. What kind of a hello and goodbye is this for visitors and regular airport users?

I pre-paid for parking and there was no spaces available. There should be parking spaces reserved for this who have pre-paid.

There were NO SPACES. I booked a week in the long stay car park from 3rd May to find no spaces. Luckily we had time to make contact with one of your team who directed us to the Mid -stay car park. Not a great experience when on a schedule.

Long Term Carpark Closed so Diverted to Mid Term one behind a queue if 11 cars which had to reverse leaving me late for my flight - On return the Passenger door of my car had been damaged - I waited until someone came and take my details ... they also took pictures informing me someone would be in contact the next day - it is now 2 days later and I have heard nothing - then on exiting the car park despite the pre booking it asked me for payment of £130.00 !!!! Get it sorted and have someone contact me immediately !!! Alan Gribben

Opted for fast track but took about 20minutes - regular queue was much quicker!

When I collected the car after paying for valet parking the car was not washed and there were still a few bits on the seats that would have been removed if hoovered. Very disappointed as this was the first time I had ever used a service like this.

Pre-paid parking Booking reference: 3677683 Directions followed exactly as stated on website. Absolutely nobody on attendance upon arrival, absolutely no directions for pre-paid tickets were visible - i.e only one entry barrier entrance only - so how would a pre-paid individual know that they were pre-paid? Is there a separate entrance for pre-paid? I certainly didn't see it (or directions to it) based on your website directions or had any physical visible directions towards the pre-paid or pay - for options in the car park. Upon departure from the parking facility (believing the parking fee was paid to what I paid online in advance), I was then charged a further 110.00 GBP to exit. So I pay upfront to park and then get hit with 110.00 GBP parking fee? You set the parking fee up front, you don't provide sufficient info (or physical ability) to achieve it and then I have to pay a completely unexpected fee to get out of the airport. I look forward to your BS responses about denying liability and telling me how your terms and conditions were all laid out and that I have no claim....... Conclusion - absolutely shocking experience - pay up front to make parking easier / cheaper and then get charged exorbitant fees by the airport - is that your company's business model to make money?

My pre paid ticket did not come out of the machine on arrival to the parking entrance. When I landed back in Edinburgh after having transplant surgery, I put my ticket in the machine to be told I had to pay a fee of £110. I had to ask for help again.

Good evening, I’m sorry to complain but usually your parking is fantastic, especially car park fast track. Unfortunately your mid stay parking is terrible! I use Edinburgh airport usually about once a month and it’s the 1st time I’ve used the mid stay parking. It took 15 minutes to walk to the terminal with a trolley and suitcases with numerous obstacles in the way. My wife, a former model, felt very uncomfortable with the looks she was receiving from the workmen using the same footpaths. My registration was *** * if you want to check your records and formally reply to me. Regards, Wayne.

I PAID FROM 0500 ON THE 28TH TILL 2300 ON THE 29TH FOR SURFACE PARKING 2 MINS FROM THE AIRPORT. I PRE PAID £34 FOR THE DURATION I PARKED THE CAR AT ABOUT 540AM ON THE 28TH AND PICKED IT UP AT 2100HRS ON THE 29TH AND WAS CHARGED ANOTHER £28 AT THE EXIT BARRIER, SO JUST A RIP OFF... WHY WAS THIS?

Three was nothing specific on this occasion, but generally, parking at Edinburgh Airport is an utter disgrace. For an (albeit large) provincial airport the charges are equivalent and in many cases higher than major international hubs. Picking up passengers, if you go over half an hour it is £10 up your shirt, and that in a parking lot that is almost always full and spaces a long way from the terminal. It is common for cars to be seen in laybys and on the verges on the way into the airport waiting until arriving passengers have landed and text that they are kerbside before even entering the airport precincts. The airport has lost sight of customer service in the pursuit of greed. It is also the only airport I have used in which there is a charge for dropping off: stop at kerb (not even convenient for the terminal), get cases out, drive off - a £1 fee. NO ALTERNATIVE. And then the airport has inconveniently closed the doors to the terminal that lead from the drop-off zone and car-parks, making passengers walk another 100 yards for no reason at all. And the access road to and from the airport is now so damaged by pot-holes, cars have to weave around to avoid wheel and tyre damage. It's all take, take, take and stuff the public. Welcome to Scotland? I don't think so. Visit Scotland should be sorting this mess out. As I said, a disgrace, a national disgrace.

Paid for Surface parking but could only find a space at the furthest point from the terminal building - spend 15 minutes trying to find a space. Could have paid less and parked in the Long stay and been in the terminal quicker

Your mid-stay parking is ridiculously expensive and cannot reasonably be considered for a frequent flyer.

Paid to park on the hard surface car park . The only place I could park was up near the entrance.i would have been better parking off site and getting a bus

Very overpriced and rarely a space to be had anywhere near the terminal in the surface building. Online ticketing process works smoothly. 10% offer code don't work.
