“Absolutely superb hassle free parking drop car off and go then it’s there for when you get back.will be using this car park every time I go away now.so simple to use and takes away the stress of driving around trying to find a space and it’s less than 1min walk to terminal”

“Parking itself was good. Car charged. Nightmare coming out of the car park though. So much congestion considering the time of day (after midnight!) I don't think Edinburgh airport can cope with the volume of people using the airport.”

“Upon trying to leave the car park our ticket failed to open the barrier despite being pre booked & paid in full. The massage at the exit said we were due £180.00!! Not what you want after a delayed arrival and this was not the 1st time this has occurred”

“Happy with services as always. One small hicup was, the ticket printed by the machine when entering the car park was kind of smudgy & ink wasnt very clear so when I leaving, the machine asked me to pay a big sum even though I prepayed it. But thanks to a call button on the ramp, an attendant got that sorted for us via the phone very quickly”

“Really easy to use and convenient. Staff on hand when we arrived to direct us and show us how to drop off keys. Very straightforward when we arrived home and found car really easily. Would absolutely use again.”

“I have used FASTPARK several times now and can’t fault it at all. Great price and excellent location a two minute walk from the terminal. Staff are helpful and friendly and the process of checking in and key drop takes no time at all. A great idea.”

“Staff at the start very helpful. It could have been clearer on the sticker at the end where the car was parked. Printed on the ticket it said P14 and I couldn’t find that. We were cold and it was late, I had to ask a member of staff for guidance, who was also pleasant. Someone had handwritten E15 on the sticker but they should have scored out the printed P14 so it was clear it was the handwritten number we should follow.”

“Everything was fine bu the sign posting from the terminal back to the car park was not good and I ended up walking the lomng route along the road rather than the shorter route through the carpark and out the wee pedestrain gate near terminal. It is ok going from carpark to terminal, partly due to it being easy to see a large terminal bulding but the return at 2am was less clear.”

“Very handy as you can walk to terminal and don’t have to get a shuttle bus however no clear path and when you do find it the ground is very rough and ready which is a hard push with suitcases. I have travelled a lot over recent months and coming into Edinburgh is embarrassing.. definitely one of the worst arrival areas in the world!”

“use it every time we go away now. quick and easy to use with quick walk to airport. only things to work on would be - first timers haven’t a clue when collecting their keys on return and during night no-one just out helping unless i guess called (maybe an online tutorial sent prior?) - we had a car seat in car and it was parked right against another car at the side of car seat - take hat in consideration when parking them up but we will continue to use this when flying from edinburgh”

“The ticket machine wouldn’t accept the ticket couldn’t read it ,phoned the boy and told me to reverse and try it in the other bay and still wouldn’t accept the ticket eventually he let us in,on the way back the same happened only this time the man on the phone and took our details and let us out”

“Easy to book, easy to use. Main problem was when I was leaving the car park - I put my ticket into the machine and it said that I owed £205. That's the second time that (or similar) has happened. I spoke to an operator and they sorted it quickly but it's not great - not clear why that happens and it caused mild panic for a few minutes.”

“Parking paid ahead of time, but when I got to leave the parking, the machine did not let me out and asked me for £120. This is the second time this happened to me, once at the mid stay and this time at the plane parking. Please fix this.”
