“Absolutely superb hassle free parking drop car off and go then it’s there for when you get back.will be using this car park every time I go away now.so simple to use and takes away the stress of driving around trying to find a space and it’s less than 1min walk to terminal”

“Hard to find a space when we first arrived and had to drive around the car park a few times before eventually finding one. Spaces are quite narrow so harder to get our toddler out the car seat. On leaving the car park we inserted our ticket at the automatic gate but the machine said we owed over £200 at the gate despite us arriving and leaving within our booked time. We had to press the intercom for help to get out.”

“I dropped off my car at Fastpark at Edinburgh airport on the 18th of April. I took a screenshot of my mileage when I left the car with you which was 3729. In my return on the 22nd of April I picked up my keys from the Blue Locker and went to my car. When I turned on the ignition the mileage now read 3766. As it states on your website cars are parked on airport grounds after drop off. Someone has been using my car to drive 47 miles between me dropping it off and picking it back up. I would like someone to give me an answer as to why this was the case. I would be happy to contact the media as I'm sure this will be of interest to anyone who uses Fastpark”

“Youse need to get barrier ticket acceptance sorted out when leaving car park. The machine would not accept my ticket and had to wait until someone answered the intercom to vacate. On giving my car registration a notice came up on the screen saying I was owing £150. Sort it out please! Just not good enough when all you want is to get on your way home.”

“it is overall excellent experience. I stayed in Hampton hotel at that night. When I drive the car from the hotel to the parking lot, the sign is not clear, and it is easy to make a mistake to drive on the road that leads to the pickup/dropoff area. I have to talk to the people in office to get me out of the pickup/dropoff place.”
