“Absolutely superb hassle free parking drop car off and go then it’s there for when you get back.will be using this car park every time I go away now.so simple to use and takes away the stress of driving around trying to find a space and it’s less than 1min walk to terminal”

“I used Plane Parking due to the excellent price. The shuttle bus was very prompt, even when we arrived back at after 1am. The entry and exit process was hassle-free.”

“The process of booking was easy and the charges fair compared to other airport car parks. The signage to the car park was good until reaching the entrance when it was not clear and I drove on to the staff car park. Otherwise the entry and exit process was straightforward. I had made a mistake on my return time and there was no way to correct this whilst I was away -it would be better if the booking process took account of the flight numbers and made an auto correction to the entry and exit times. Fortunately I did not have to pay extra but I don't understand why not. The approach to the car park is let down by the state of the roads around the airport. The bus service operated within the time bands given on the information sheet and the drivers were friendly. The bus shelters were flimsy and on the day I was parking my car I thought the roof was going to blow off and I did not want to use it.”

“Once again when trying to exit the long stay car park having booked and pre-paid £44.99 in advance I inserted my ticket and a request for payment in excess of £300 was displayed, communication button pressed reg No given barrier raised we continued our journey. Why does the system not operate automatically?”

“Parked at Plane parking for the first time as the price of the multi storey was high. it was no problem getting the bus round to the terminal and back again, only downside is we returned to a small scratch on the car door with paint from another vehicle.”

“When the weather is good, walking to the terminals is all good but it's Scotland and with Scotland comes bad weather, so not fun walking from the long stay car park.. The old bus stop are falling down and look messy, no one seems to care about how it looks now, cars parked our with of parking spaces.. Which does casue issues when driving around the car park.. It seems this car park is now forgotten and no care for anyone using it when the weather is bad... Its Scotland for god sake many days are bad weather days.... Oh well at least they are hitting the greens issues”

“Had to ask someone how to find the car and getting out of the airport we could have used more signs - we were questioning ourselves when we had to go through a second barrier. but overall, really good!”

“Short walk to terminal building. Prefer this option to waiting for a shuttle bus. Can get very busy. Drove around for 5-10 minutes looking for somewhere to park and there were cars parked outside marked parking bays suggesting that they failed to find a space. At least twice, I have had issues at exit barrier where machine indicated that I had an outstanding balance to pay when I’d prebooked (£170 this time!) but pressed intercom and spoke to staff who found booking and opened barrier remotely. Will continue to use this option despite minor frustrations!”

“This is an excellent facility. It's wonderful to be able to drive up so close to the Terminal, drop off the car and then forget about it - until you return and pick it up so easily and quickly. The staff we encountered were so helpful and friendly. It's well priced too. We will always use this service from now on when flying from Edinburgh.”
