“Easy to find at the airport, only had to wait a couple of minutes for the pick up bus. Only gripe was that the gate wouldn't let me out of the car park but wanted a £170.00 fee. The help line button on the gate worked fine though and after a couple of checks the gate was opened.”

“The airport carpark was so close to the terminal building. Finding the car park using sat nav was tricky especially in the dark at 3.30am. Got there eventually.”

“Fast Park should be better signed posted at Arrivals - most people naturally follow signs for parking, tram, car hire etc, whilst the reality for Fast Park is that you should be going back through to Departures/Check-In to collect your car. Also, 'manual' assistance required to exit Fast Park barriers, as the barcode scan did not raise the barrier - a small niggle, but could be smoother.”

“Parking is gret and ideal for work purposes. However, when exiting last night i wss charged an additional £6.00? I had prepaid for parking so not sure why i was charged again. Maybe i went to the wrong exit so it could be that. Maybe the fastpark exit could be clearer.”

“Decent parking as close as you can get to the door of the airport. Deducted a star as one of the lifts has been out of order for what seems like months with no sign of repair coming soon.”

“Easy to use parking. Short walk from the terminal building, though probably longer than my 75 year old dad would have liked. No shuttle buses this time. The machine on the way out wouldn’t take my ticket but this was quickly resolved by pressing the help button.”

“Good service. First time used. On arrival a ticket was issued before the gate opened. Different from other service providers where the gate opens automatically for pre bookings. But no problem exiting when the ticket was inserted. Buses arrived promptly.”

“Very easy process. Convenient drop off and collection at required times. Only problem- passenger window left fully open and it had been pouring with rain!. I'm sure this was an oversight. More expensive than other parking options but with premium price when returning at 3am with kids!”

“Being that it was the first time I had used the parking at Edinburgh I found that Google directions stopped, and said I had arrived, as soon as I left public road. However, once I noticed the continuing signs, I found the parking a positive experience. The bus from car park to terminal was very good.”

“Good service but I do feel like it's a bit over priced for just how remote the parking really is. Great bus service between the car park (with multiple stops around the huge car park) and the entrance to the airport.”

“Very easy to use. Price very reasonable and people there to show you what to do. However upon picking up our car it said we were in space D14 but our car wasn’t there. It was in D41 so took us a while walking around to actually find it. But would defo use the service again as everything else was straightforward”

“Very well priced parking and convenient shuttle bus to the terminal. Only issue was that on exiting I inserted my ticket and it tried to charge me. I pressed the intercom button and spoke to someone saying I had already pre booked, they took my registration and booking number and opened the barrier for me so was all resolved very quickly. Would definitely use this service again.”
