“The price is reasonable however my recent experience of returning on 22nd April - get to the bus stop to an empty bus and no driver. Waiting in the cold for ages before another bus turns up, then only to get to the car park only for the system not to let the bus into the car park. After waiting a while (and the driver arguing with the control - sounded like the control didn’t believe him) we all just got off at the gate to walk to our cars.”

“Easy to find with regular shuttle bus service with short wait even getting back at 3am. Small issue getting out of the car park because system hadn't read number plate properly going in but assistance was available at the barrier and resolved immediately.”

“Quick and easy parking service although one entry lane was out of service when I arrived but the cones were not placed in a way that made this clear. I was able to drive into the out of service entry lane and had to reverse back out when it became clear it was not working. This resulted in me driving into the direction of incoming cars which caused some confusion to incoming drivers.”

“Hard to find a space when we first arrived and had to drive around the car park a few times before eventually finding one. Spaces are quite narrow so harder to get our toddler out the car seat. On leaving the car park we inserted our ticket at the automatic gate but the machine said we owed over £200 at the gate despite us arriving and leaving within our booked time. We had to press the intercom for help to get out.”

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear that you found it difficult to find a space in our car park. If ever faced with the same problem in future, please ring the intercom at the exit barrier and our team will provide a suitable alternative. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
