“As expected. In common with other parking venues spaces are too narrow making it difficult to open car doors.”

“Please put up lots of signs to remind drivers to check the locator signs and note it down before leaving their vehicles. I stupidly forgot and spent ages looking for my car in the rain. I had pre booked. Could pre bookers be allocated a designated bay? Just a thought.!”

“Parking went well, two things that would help - can you have an app that permits downloading of tickets into the wallet on the phone things for both parking and fast track. This would be very helpful. Second point is I had to change my car and wrote advising this, and got confirmation from Rachael that it had been updated but plainly this was not the case as I had to push the buzzer to get in and out. Other than those two point (and which are important) the rest went well.”

“Easy to find at the airport, only had to wait a couple of minutes for the pick up bus. Only gripe was that the gate wouldn't let me out of the car park but wanted a £170.00 fee. The help line button on the gate worked fine though and after a couple of checks the gate was opened.”

“The airport carpark was so close to the terminal building. Finding the car park using sat nav was tricky especially in the dark at 3.30am. Got there eventually.”

“Fast Park should be better signed posted at Arrivals - most people naturally follow signs for parking, tram, car hire etc, whilst the reality for Fast Park is that you should be going back through to Departures/Check-In to collect your car. Also, 'manual' assistance required to exit Fast Park barriers, as the barcode scan did not raise the barrier - a small niggle, but could be smoother.”

“Parking is gret and ideal for work purposes. However, when exiting last night i wss charged an additional £6.00? I had prepaid for parking so not sure why i was charged again. Maybe i went to the wrong exit so it could be that. Maybe the fastpark exit could be clearer.”

“Decent parking as close as you can get to the door of the airport. Deducted a star as one of the lifts has been out of order for what seems like months with no sign of repair coming soon.”

“Easy to use parking. Short walk from the terminal building, though probably longer than my 75 year old dad would have liked. No shuttle buses this time. The machine on the way out wouldn’t take my ticket but this was quickly resolved by pressing the help button.”

“Good service. First time used. On arrival a ticket was issued before the gate opened. Different from other service providers where the gate opens automatically for pre bookings. But no problem exiting when the ticket was inserted. Buses arrived promptly.”

“Very easy process. Convenient drop off and collection at required times. Only problem- passenger window left fully open and it had been pouring with rain!. I'm sure this was an oversight. More expensive than other parking options but with premium price when returning at 3am with kids!”
