Absolutely extortionate prices. 2 days parking £80. When we went to exit the car park the ticket machine told us we owed £170. How many tourists have fallen for this? It’s enough to put you off flying from Edinburgh.

Car park was undergoing surfacing works. Poor traffic management in place. Sections of road to be surfaced had large steps and ramps with no warning signage. Exit was demarcated into lanes with barriers yet unclear what route you were supposed to take so presented a safety risk. On a separate issue, poor directional signage within the car park indicating where the pedestrian routes are to take you to the terminal.

Horrendous trying to find entrance for parking, very poorly signposted, once I got to car park everything was fine

Not a brilliant experience. Number plate recognition did not get my registration correct resulting in being asked for £180 on exiting the car park. Pressed the assistance button to be connected to someone who was less than pleasant, although did resolve the issue, would have been nice to at least have been spoken to in a polite manner. Will be parking elsewhere in the future!

Half the car park under construction, very very poor signage in relation to this, as currently the exit route is closed, you need to break the one way system to return the way you entered.

Easy access and good to see the work they have done on repainting the lines for the parking bays, but when you walk from the long-stay to the terminal, where the gate is from the long-stay to the mid-term has never been fixed.....as soon as there is any rain, you have to walk & trail you luggage through a massive puddle

pot holes on arrival atrocious - and unavoidable. springs and wheel damaged on arrival. Not a great start. Won't be back.

Punititve over small mistakes! Returned from Portugal late last night on Jet2. At the barrier we found that I had misbooked the return date by two days (short). We are loyal customers from Fife who have used the Multi-Story for more than ten years and have been very satisfied. We were charged extra more than twice the cost of the original week's booking (£150). I understand that you have your T&Cs, but do you not have some compassionate rate for such inadvertent, one time, mistakes? We were not trying to cheat Edinburgh Airport--far from it!

Booked online and parked fine but when I picked up my car and tire to leave the barriers weren't working. There was no number plate recognition working and I had no ticket as I had pre-booked. Had a long and frustrating wait for the barrier to wait as I (and many other cars) had to rely on the customer services guy to open the barriers for each car.

I booked multi-storey parking in July 22.I then tried to change registration details in December.The site wouldn't accept the change,so I phoned and my new details were noted,and changed on the booking.On arrival the barrier did not recognise our new reg.On phoning the attendant could not find a record of our booking.I had the paper work with me,and was then let through and given a ticket for getting out.We found a disabled bay easily,and ticket worked for getting out again one week later

Its a parking site very close to the terminal which is good. I had though a space prebooked and when arrived the plate scanner didnt work. Machine is issuing tickets regardless and have to go through comms to resolve.

When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Was given an extra £20 charge on my arrival, then was unable to get out the car-park. No staff available and had to take another ticket and was charged another £6 to get out.

keys were not ready when returned , lots ofpeolple in same situation was chaotic , staff did there best to reolve the issues of no keys in boxesm car was aslo damaged \

Paid in advance for midstay. Arrived, collected ticket - all fine. On departure, as scehduled late at night, the ticket barrier claimed I owed £270. Sorted it out over intercom, but no explanation, no apology. Very disconcerting.

We have used this service before and had no issues, the drop off and pick arrangement is perfect and easy to navigate. This time when we arrived back in edinburgh it was frosty and car frozen up. The back window was down and jackets etc. inside were all damp. Windows were defently shut when i dropped off the car. It did not appear the window was down the full time we were away but assume it was when the car was moved for final pickup. Maybe in future who ever parks cars should do a quick walkround the cars incase this happens again.

The process was smooth and easy, reasonably priced and straightforward to book. My car was ready on our return. No problem. Except that the handbrake cable has been stretched beyond belief. It still works, just about. There was no need to yank it so hard that it nearly touches the ceiling. Very angry.

Signage to find the mid stay carpark, walking from the airport, when returning from holiday, is pretty poor. Had to ask Rental firm, who told us to walk all way back to airport and follow signs saying - BUS and TAXi, only when walked PAST that sign, did we see MID STAY 🤯
