“Arrived 10 min before pre/booked time. multi storey was very busy. each level informed on screen how many spaces were available. level 2 informed us there was about 60 spaces there in fact was none. Still managed to get a space on level 3 enjoyed holiday and car and experience was flawless. Have used this service before and will continue to use in future.”

“Only issue as always other people not parking in centre of space, as the car park spaces are quite tight this cause's some spaces to become unavailable as you physically cannot exit your vehicle.”

“It all worked perfectly, just a few meters from the terminal too. When I checked my cars location later on, it had been parked away from the terminal and looked like it was at the end of a runway but this turned out to be an old, disused one so the good news was that it was parked away from anyone who might ding the doors in a car park. When I arrived back it was there ready a few meters away from the terminal again, fantastic!”

“We cannot fault the parking service. The issue we had was when we arrived back at the airport the airport security would not accept we had faststrack. We did try to explain we did but he was very rude and made us join the very long queue. Only when we got our ticket validated at the car park the attendant there showed us where on our ticket it has fastrack printed, in very small print.”

“My car had an amazing time when we were away for the week, met lots of other new car pals, hopefully they keep in touch and give us a toot when passing on the city bypass. “Hadn't used Fastpark before but decided it was more relaxing for us to drive to the airport and then home on return rather than the hassle and expense of taxis. Very glad we tried it. We'll be doing it in future. Worked out pretty much the same price for a long weekend as a return taxi from the centre of town and we managed to get ourselves park right in front of the bridge from the multi-storey across and straight into security. Fast track security passes included as part of the deal. We only needed 2 but 5 are included which, at £6 each, is a bargain to be thrown in with parking. Flight home delayed by a few hours but the booking has 2 hours grace at the start and 6 hours grace at the end so wasn't a problem. All in all very impressed...”

“Parking was great, arrival and parking were simple to find, lots of signs and off We went. - There was an issue when we got home however! My battery was flat and we thought we would have to wait for hours for the AA! But Lewis was on hand from the Airport team to give me a Jump start and get us on hour way in no time!! Thank you Lewis! “Faultless. Fantastic location literally across a walkway into the airport no need for a shuttle. Paid online, not the cheaest option but location and free fast track security was a bonus. No problems leaving simply put the card in the pay machine to validate and then use it to exit. Managed to park easily on the first level too, plenty of spaces around over half term! Would use again.”

I get a ticket, it wants to charge me the going rate but the person that is immediately contactable at the barrier over the speaker phone is always very helpful and quick and it's sorted straight away.
