“Providing you book in advance this is the cheapest way to park at the airport. The shuttle to the terminal is fairly frequent. Only 2 pick up points in the large parking area so try and park near to one to avoid a long walk. Easy to get in but difficult to get out as the machine did not print the registration number on the ticket. So when we put the ticket in the machine to exit we were given a £150 bill to get out. Took a long time for an attendant to answer the phone and enable us to get out. It was happening to everyone!”

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

“I booked on line prior to attending. The facilities and transport to and from the airport were first class. There was a very short wait on being taken back to the car. On leaving the car park, the machine took my ticket and advised I was due £180 for the service. This was quickly resolved by the help button advisor. Will use again.”

“We park at this car park always as my husband can’t walk far but when we came out the airport we had to walk to far as they were road works which was t good for my husband and it defeated us parking close and paying double for the parking, very unhappy about this.”

“I booked Plane Parking online the night before my flight. Well signposted and there was a shuttle bus waiting to take me to the airport, same on return. Only negative was on leave the exit machine said I owed £160. I'd paid £59.99 online. After pressing the intercom, the operator took my registration and had me on my way in 5 minutes. I've marked down the appearance of the car park but I actually mean the state of the road from the last roundabout to the car park. It was riddled with massive potholes.”
